Preschool classes for three and four-year olds are offered from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM, although many of our students stay for the whole day. The curriculum is planned with an understanding of children’s developmental stages and the need to nurture them appropriately. During the preschool years, a child grows and learns more quickly than any other time in his or her life. A daily schedule for the Pre-School class looks like this:

8-9 a.m. Children Arrive/Free Play

9:30-9:45 Small Group/Work Time
9:45-10:05 Morning Snack
10:05-10:45 Free Play
10:45- 11:00 Clean Up and Getting Ready to go OutsideTime

11:45- 12:15 Lunch
12:15- 12:35 Quiet Play Time (Choice of book, puzzle, or quiet activity)
12:35- 12:50 Story Time
12:50- 2:30 Rest Time
2:30- 2:45 Free Play
2:45- 3:05 Afternoon Snack Time
3:05- 3:15 Review Time & Goodbye Song
3:15- 3:25 Pack Up Time
3:25- Pick-up Outdoor Play (Weather Permitting)
